We are looking for a dedicated and talented Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales efforts at EMAD, a leading company in the baked goods manufacturing sector since 1975. This role is crucial in achieving our revenue growth targets and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
