We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth at our Mecca location. As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our financial goals and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Financial Returns: Achieve budgeted revenues and sales goals, and create sales plans that increase occupancy and average rates.
  • People Management: Oversee daily sales activities, mentor team members, and collaborate with other departments for optimal staffing.
  • Guest Experience: Provide information to guests, develop client relationships, and coordinate events to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Responsible Business: Identify operational issues, enhance hotel reputation, and fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4 years of relevant experience in hospitality sales.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with knowledge of other languages preferred.
