We are constantly seeking innovative ways to elevate our service standards, and are looking for a Sales Manager who excels in driving sales and exceeding targets. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in promoting our hotels and driving occupancy.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Directly selling hotel room nights and maintaining a strong market presence through sales solicitation and communication.
  • Achieving both personal and team sales goals.
  • Implementing tactical sales plans to enhance profitability by optimizing rates and increasing occupancy.
  • Developing strong relationships within local community groups and participating in conventions to attract new business.
  • Producing monthly reports and forecasts for sales activities.
  • Collaborating with various hotel departments to ensure quality service.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing, or equivalent experience. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages preferred.
