Join Our Team as a Sales Executive at Accor Group!
We're looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive who will be a crucial player in our mission to elevate guest experiences at Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition and management of new business accounts, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and drive revenue while building relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans targeting monthly and annual objectives; analyze trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
  • Client Management: Maintain a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through regular meetings and presentations.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to identify growth areas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations to align sales with business goals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor movements to adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a sales role within the hospitality sector is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with excellent organizational skills.
