Haven Scientific is a Saudi factory licensed in the development and manufacturing of genomics testing kits, dedicated to localized design and manufacturing of diagnostic testing kits tailored to the local genetic and microbial composition.
Job Summary:
We are seeking proactive Sales Supervisors, who will be in charge of growing market share and ensuring each department meets the needs of their clients and customers. The suitable candidates will handle clients’ complaints, find solutions to issues, and maintain a positive relationship for future business ventures. Additionally, they will generate leads, engage potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:
- Learn about the technical aspects of our products/services and understand their benefits and features.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Make outbound calls, send emails, and use other communication channels to engage with potential customers upon request from the sales manager.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Prepare sales presentations and materials for client meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to contribute to sales strategies.
- Travel regularly to visit clients in major cities and remote areas.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences.
- 25 years of work experience in vitro diagnostic sales.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Understanding sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Problem-solving attitude and business acumen.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent data collection, management, and analysis skills.
