Join GE Vernova as a Project Manager and play a pivotal role in managing projects related to 380132kV High Voltage Substations. This position is integral to ensuring effective project execution while adhering to Saudization requirements, with a preference for qualified Saudi nationals.
Key Responsibilities:- Integration Management: Create project management plans, adapt strategies to changes, and lead project reviews.
- Scope Management: Oversee the project scope, analyze requirements, and allocate tasks.
- Time Management: Ensure timely delivery by monitoring project schedules and milestones.
- Cost Management: Manage the project's profitability, monitor costs, and develop forecasts and recovery plans.
- EHS and Quality Management: Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards among teams and subcontractors.
- HR Management: Assemble and optimize project team allocations.
- Communication Management: Facilitate communication between units and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify risks, conduct mitigation sessions, and manage opportunities.
- Contract and Suppliers Management: Handle contract management and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience in related fields.
- Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Experience with key Saudi clients and familiarity with high voltage substations.
