We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and efficient Storekeeper to join our vibrant team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Our hotel offers a luxurious and inclusive experience, and you will play a crucial role in managing our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining a well-organized storage facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Store and organize products in designated areas following proper storage procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software.
• Fulfill orders by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper rotation of perishable goods (FIFO - First In, First Out).
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate deliveries and manage stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Assist in implementing and improving inventory management processes.
• Prepare reports on stock levels, damaged goods, and other relevant metrics.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• Previous warehouse or inventory management experience.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory tracking systems.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of food and beverage products (meats, produce, dry goods, beverages) is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Capability to push and maneuver heavy carts or equipment.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Overview:
As a Storekeeper at NAQUA, you will play a crucial role in managing material receipts and ensuring proper inventory management. You will work within a dynamic environment that values team collaboration and quality performance.

General Responsibilities:

• Receive materials according to Delivery Note/Packing Slip/Invoice and verify completeness.
• Update Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure proper coding and placement of materials in designated locations.
• Handle rejected materials accordingly and facilitate their return to suppliers.
• Maintain safety standards during material handling and report maintenance needs.

Required Experience and Skills:

• High School or Higher Secondary education.
• At least two years of work experience in materials handling.
• Knowledge of inventory management processes and documentation.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Marketing & Communication
