As a steward at Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, your role is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation while assisting in various kitchen operations. You will report to the Stewarding Supervisor and your key responsibilities will include:
  • Consistently offering professional, engaging, and friendly service.
  • Ensuring kitchens are cleaned, organized, and sanitized to meet departmental standards.
  • Cleansing and maintaining all equipment and storage rooms.
  • Participating in departmental meetings and conducting performance reviews.
  • Fostering an environment of cooperation and maintaining safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with strong decision-making capabilities. Ideal candidates should demonstrate initiative, have excellent communication skills, and be physically fit to handle the demands of the role. Prior experience with Opera or related systems is beneficial, along with fluency in English.
