Key Responsibilities:

Inspect vehicles upon handover and return.
Ensure all necessary documentation for the rental process is complete.
Follow up on the maintenance of rented vehicles.
Welcome clients and showcase available vehicles.
Persuade clients regarding vehicle options and present available offers.
Highlight additional benefits such as comprehensive insurance.
Prepare and sign rental contracts with clients.
Create a vehicle handover form detailing its condition and mileage.
Hand over the vehicle to the client.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills.
Strong persuasive abilities.
Previous experience in vehicle leasing.
At least one year of customer service experience.
