About the Role:
Join our team as a Barista at Jobskey Consultancy in Jeddah, where you will have the opportunity to craft aromatic coffee and tea beverages while providing excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, espresso shots, and iced coffees.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and making recommendations.
Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Follow established recipes to ensure product quality.
Manage inventory of coffee and other supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a coffee shop or food service environment preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food handlers permit or willingness to obtain one.
