Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target segments in the shipping industry.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to promote company services and generate leads.
- Engage with prospective customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce company offerings and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and close deals.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts addressing customer-specific needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to manage interactions and track sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking to promote company visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 38 years of experience in inside sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in shipping or logistics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
