Conduct an analysis of costs and needs for current/potential customers to meet their requirements. Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships between businesses and customers. Communicate with customers continuously. Ability to resolve customer issues and complaints as quickly as possible. Achieve agreed-upon sales goals and results within the timeline. Analyze the area/market potential, track sales, and status reports. Collect sales from customers and deliver invoices, goods, and bonds as per the routine. Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and the potential of new products and services. Keep up with best practices and trends in the company's field. Continuously provide advice to improve the company's services by considering customer feedback.
