Mechanical Engineer

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Assist in implementing daily human resources policies and procedures.

- Support the recruiting process by coordinating interviews and gathering necessary documents.

- Update the employee database and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

- Preparing and developing the company’s strategic financial plans to ensure financial sustainability.

- Monitoring financial performance and supervising the preparation of periodic financial reports and analyzing financial results.

- Managing relationships with banks and investors and providing advice on financing activities.

- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

- Collaborating with other departments to provide financial analyses and the necessary support for strategic decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in financial management or accounting.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Good knowledge of local and international financial regulations.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Preparing daily financial records, ensuring their accuracy, and continuously updating them.

- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and monthly and annual financial reports.

- Reviewing invoices and financial transactions to ensure compliance with accounting laws and regulations.

 - Performing monthly bank reconciliations and analyzing discrepancies.  

- Supporting the finance team in preparing tax and audit financial reports.

 - Providing administrative support for daily accounting and finance functions.  

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

- Good understanding of accounting systems and software like Excel and QuickBooks  .

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems efficiently.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
