Role Overview
The E-Commerce & Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Taibah Gifts’ online sales strategy. This role covers both digital operations and physical fulfillment, with a strong focus on building scalable business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • E-Commerce Strategy & Operations: Manage and optimize the online sales platform, improve user experience, implement tools to drive conversion, and define performance metrics.
  • Fulfillment, Logistics & Warehousing: Oversee e-commerce order fulfillment, improve internal logistics, and evaluate partnerships with shipping providers.
  • Sales Growth & Customer Retention: Create promotional plans, build loyalty programs, and monitor performance based on analytics.

Candidate Profile
We seek a candidate who combines technical know-how with strong business acumen. The ideal applicant will have a proven track record in scaling online businesses, preferably within retail or consumer goods, and will be fluent in Arabic and English.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
  • Experience working with ERP platforms and understanding of PoS and inventory syncing.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce performance metrics and fulfillment best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with logistics optimization in the Saudi context.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Makkah.
