About the Role

As the Property Management Director at شركة أحمد المحيسني العقارية in Medina, Al Madinah, you will lead and manage comprehensive real estate operations. Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the real estate sector, including leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop operational strategies to maximize returns and real estate asset value.
• High proficiency in achieving operational quality and improving tenant satisfaction.
• Competence in developing and implementing policies and procedures, and working effectively under pressure.
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities to manage diverse work teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing strategic and operational plans for property management.
• Ability to manage real estate portfolios and monitor financial performance (revenues, expenses, occupancy rates).
• Oversight of lease agreements, ensuring collection efficiency and minimizing defaults.
• Skills in building strategic relationships with owners, tenants, and partners.
• Experience in developing and motivating specialized teams in operations, maintenance, and customer service.
