- Monitor weekly sales and inventory performance reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct competitor pricing audits weekly.
- Implement hourly sales and service programs.

- Provide Product Knowledge and Selling Skills training to sales team.
- Ensure compliance with operational programs across all sections.

Minimum Requirements:- 23 years experience as a Sales Manager (Retail experience).
- Strong communication skills for customer and employee inquiries.
