Cybersecurity Engineer

About the Role

TIBAH Airports (Madinah) is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join its team in Medina, Al Madinah Province. This full-time role is central to safeguarding the organization's digital assets by designing, implementing, operating, and continuously improving technical security controls across information assets, systems, and networks. The position demands strong analytical thinking, deep technical expertise in cybersecurity technologies, and the capability to effectively respond to security incidents within a regulated environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security measures to protect the organization's data, systems, and networks.
• Troubleshoot security and network problems efficiently.
• Respond to all system and/or network security breaches promptly.
• Ensure the organization's data and infrastructure are protected through appropriate security controls.
• Conduct testing and identification of network and system vulnerabilities.

Security Technology Management

• Manage and configure Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions, including the creation, tuning, and maintenance of DLP use cases and policies.
• Implement and enforce data classification frameworks and data protection controls across the organization.
• Manage and configure Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to secure corporate and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) devices.
• Manage and administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls, including access provisioning, role management, and periodic access reviews.
• Operate, configure, and monitor core security technologies such as Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, Web Proxy, and Endpoint protection, and respond to related security incidents.

Compliance and Operational Tasks

• Ensure security controls are implemented and managed in alignment with NCA Cybersecurity Essential Controls (ECC) and support compliance assessments.
• Perform daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communicate effectively with relevant departments within the organization.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of work experience with incident detection and incident response security solutions.
