Responsibilities:

• Ensure superior customer service on the sales floor.
• Address and resolve customer complaints daily with urgency.
• Professionally greet customers and ensure excellent service.
• Monitor weekly sales and inventory performance reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct competitor pricing audits weekly.
• Implement hourly sales and service programs.
• Communicate policies, procedures, and corporate programs to employees.
• Provide Product Knowledge and Selling Skills training to sales team.
• Ensure compliance with operational programs across all sections.
• Utilize applicable store computer systems to access and interpret information.

Minimum Requirements:

• 23 years experience as a Sales Manager (Retail experience).
• Strong communication skills for customer and employee inquiries.
