Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with division directors and senior members to optimize daily operations.
  • Schedule and plan key engagements while improving business processes and objectives.
  • Prepare operational reports and assist in compiling relevant information.
  • Ensure efficient office operations and manage administrative staff tasks.
  • Develop and maintain policy manuals and oversee personnel folders.
  • Monitor staffing needs and manage department databases.
  • Handle clerical accounting duties and ensure office supplies are stocked.
  • Organize events including meetings, conferences, and training sessions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 7+ years of administration management experience, ideally in construction or engineering sectors.
