As a Procurement Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of the ARCA project, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes across all workstreams.

Role Purpose:
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing best-in-class manufacturing practices to optimize factory efficiency and resource utilization. You will develop and manage clear implementation plans, oversee recruitment and partner engagement, and ensure effective communication across various workstreams. Your primary responsibility will be to align project delivery with NEOM's strategic goals.

Key Accountabilities & Activities:
  • Lead operational aspects of the ARCA delivery, ensuring quality and budget compliance.
  • Implement manufacturing practices that promote efficiency and scalability.
  • Optimize resource utilization and workflows to meet cost and productivity targets.
  • Create and manage project implementation plans in coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee recruitment and partner engagements, managing risks related to project timelines.
  • Maintain effective communication with NEOM stakeholders to establish ARCA standards.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Background, Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in operational/supply chain management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

  • Fluency in English is essential.

Minimum qualifications include a BS/BA in construction/business management or relevant fields.
