- Leading sourcing efforts and negotiating with suppliers for strategic categories.
- Collaborating closely with NEOM Projects, Legal, and Finance for effective procurement processes.
- Contributing to speed, compliance, cost optimization, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Developing and sustaining value creation with a top-tier supply base.
- Implementing procurement strategies and achieving organizational goals.
- Leading bid slate development and RFP execution.
- Managing contract negotiations.
- Building talent capability within your contracting team.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 7+ years of experience in Contracting/Construction Services.
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Expertise in sourcing, procurement principles, and negotiation.
