About the Role

The Brick is seeking dedicated individuals to join our fleet team as Furniture/Appliance Delivery Drivers in Qaryat Al 'Ulya, Eastern region. This full-time position involves a physically demanding role that requires a strong customer-focused attitude and offers opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and load furniture and appliance products.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of delivery vehicles.
• Safely lift and carry products into customer homes, ensuring no damage, and perform assembly as required.
• Provide in-home customer service, including managing customer settlements.
• Document the status of each delivery.
• Record essential information such as mileage, fuel costs, and any operational issues encountered.
• Complete driver check-in procedures, including accurate accounting of merchandise and invoicing.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Delivery experience is considered an asset.
• A valid driver’s license (Class 5 only) is required; graduated licenses are not sufficient.
• A current Driver’s Abstract must be provided.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 50 lbs.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial but not mandatory.
• A customer service-oriented approach is essential.
• Excellent organization and communication skills are necessary.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check sponsored by The Brick is mandatory.
