The Opportunity: Laboratory Manager

Almarai is seeking a Laboratory Manager to join its team in Makkah or Rabigh. This full-time role focuses on the effective and efficient management of the Quality Control team, ensuring the adoption of the latest techniques in the field and engaging principles of continual improvement within the laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently manage the Quality Control team.
• Ensure that all the latest techniques in the field are introduced and adopted.
• Engage principles of continual improvement within laboratory processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science.
• 8-10 years of experience in the seafood processing plant industry or a similar environment.
• A proven track record of delivering results against objectives.
• Experience managing projects requiring cross-functional approaches.
