The Role of Receptionist

Almarai is seeking a Receptionist to manage communication and administrative tasks within the department. This full-time position involves serving as the primary point of contact for incoming communications, ensuring efficient information flow, and maintaining accurate records. The role is based in Saudi Arabia, with opportunities in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, and Rabigh.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and answer incoming telephone and radio calls.
• Communicate messages and direct calls to the respective departments or individuals.
• Maintain a detailed log of all outgoing and incoming calls.
• Inform the Shift Manager of all relevant issues pertaining to the department.
