QA Technician

About the Role

Almarai is seeking a QA Technician to join its team in Makkah, specifically in Rabigh or Makkah city. This full-time role involves coordinating all quality-related aspects within Seafood Operations, working under the guidance of the SQAM/DQAM to support the plant's quality team in managing all quality functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all quality aspects within Seafood Operations.
• Assist the quality team in the plant to manage all quality-related functions.
• Work under the guidance of the SQAM/DQAM to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct quality awareness programs independently.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma degree.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a quality role.
• Specific experience in a quality role within the seafood industry.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of quality standards.
• Proficiency in Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a multinational workforce.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English language skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with primary locations in Rabigh and Makkah. The role involves working within a diverse team environment focused on maintaining high quality standards in seafood operations.
