QA Technician

About the Role

Almarai - المراعي is seeking a QA Technician to join their team in Rabigh. This full-time position is critical for coordinating all quality-related aspects within the Poultry Operations, supporting the Quality team in effectively managing quality standards.

Role Overview

The QA Technician will work under the guidance of the SQAM / DQAM (Poultry) to ensure adherence to quality protocols. The primary objective is to assist the plant's Quality team in maintaining and improving quality across all poultry operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all quality-related aspects within Poultry Operations.
• Assist the Quality team in managing all facets of quality effectively.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards and systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma degree in Food Sciences or other related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality role within a Meat Processing Plant.
• Experience in a Quality role specifically within a Poultry Processing Plant.
• Proven experience at a supervisory level.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Good working knowledge of Quality standards, systems, and audits.
• Good operational knowledge of Meat Processing & Animal Health.
• Good operational knowledge of Quality Systems and audits.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Rabigh, requiring collaboration with the existing Quality team and other operational departments within the poultry processing plant.
