Parsons is seeking an exceptional Senior Cost Engineer to enhance our dynamic team. This position entails providing critical insights and manage costs effectively for projects spanning various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of benchmarking and cost analysis
• Cost planning, estimating, budgeting, and reporting
• Conducting ROM estimates (Rough Order of Magnitude)
• Master planning for cost management throughout RIBA stages
• Conduct tender reviews and analyses to secure the best pricing
• Optimization of costs and effective management of value
• Data assurance for cost databases and comprehensive reporting

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum +12 years of cost management experience within a major developer or consulting firm
• Strong knowledge of industry practices in cost management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with PC software for cost management
• Proven management capabilities
• Experience in preparing pre-contract cost plans across all RIBA stages
• Familiarity with POMI, NRM, CESMM, and related standards

Desired Skills:

• Comprehensive quantity surveying experience in the Middle East
• Proficient in Power BI and CostX or equivalent tools
• Experience in database population
