Job Title: Administrative Assistant We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team, who has strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities, with at least two years of experience in administrative support. The ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and modern office management systems. Main tasks and responsibilities: • Organizing and managing appointments, meetings, and agendas • Preparing and coordinating reports and administrative correspondence • Managing and organizing documents and files and archiving them systematically • Coordinating with different departments and facilitating internal communication • Following up on emails and answering phone calls • Assisting in organizing events and meetings • Managing office inventory and ordering supplies as needed
