We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to become an integral part of our team in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to support our marketing and HR departments while managing vital operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the marketing department in organizing meetings for internal and external clients.
  • Prepare travel-related documents and coordinate arrangements for the sales and marketing team, distributors, and customers.
  • Assist in training activities, including managing the registration portal and logistics for international stakeholders.
  • Oversee administrative back-office functions and support HR activities.
  • Engage in communication initiatives and manage correspondence.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including invoicing and familiarization with HR platforms in Saudi Arabia (*, QIWA, Mudad, GOSI).
  • Coordinate with suppliers for invoicing and payments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a multinational Medical Device company.
  • Experience in Marketing or Sales teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
