We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to become an integral part of our team in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to support our marketing and HR departments while managing vital operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing department in organizing meetings for internal and external clients.
- Prepare travel-related documents and coordinate arrangements for the sales and marketing team, distributors, and customers.
- Assist in training activities, including managing the registration portal and logistics for international stakeholders.
- Oversee administrative back-office functions and support HR activities.
- Engage in communication initiatives and manage correspondence.
- Handle administrative tasks, including invoicing and familiarization with HR platforms in Saudi Arabia (*, QIWA, Mudad, GOSI).
- Coordinate with suppliers for invoicing and payments.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a multinational Medical Device company.
- Experience in Marketing or Sales teams.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
