Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support, manage schedules, prepare documents, and handle confidential information.
- Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between the President and stakeholders, prioritizing requests and ensuring effective communication.
- Project Management: Assist in managing software-related projects, tracking timelines, and providing progress updates.
- Event and Travel Management: Arrange travel and organize meetings, ensuring all logistics are seamless.
- Document Management: Maintain records and assist in drafting important documents.
Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Mandatory experience in the software solutions industry.
- Track record of direct reporting to senior executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
