We are on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant to support our office in Riyadh. This vital role contributes to the smooth operation of our daily office activities, ensuring a welcoming environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage various tasks.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide front desk coverage, welcoming visitors professionally.
  • Assist in meeting preparations, including room setups and breakdowns.
  • Manage facilities and logistics for scheduled events.
  • Maintain a clean and professional office appearance.
  • Monitor office supplies and manage inventory needs.
  • Collaborate with the APCO IT team.
  • Deliver administrative inductions for newcomers.
  • Support senior staff with calendar management, document processing, and travel coordination.
  • Arrange daily transportation schedules for drivers.
  • Liaise with departments, answer calls, and schedule client appointments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, global company is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Work Conditions:
  • In-office duties; travel is not required.
  • Willingness to work additional hours as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Certificates: Bachelor's degree in management or equivalent.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
