Architect

A Saudi female architect with no more than 5 years of experience in architectural design and visualization and supervision of residential and commercial projects is required to work at an engineering and professional consultancy company. The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in architecture and be proficient in design programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D Max, as well as other architectural programs relevant to the field.

Main tasks:

• Preparing and developing architectural designs and execution plans

• Supervising project implementation and tracking construction phases

• Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and various teams

• Preparing technical reports and quantity calculations

• Providing innovative architectural solutions that meet client requirements

• Ensuring compliance with local and international engineering standards and specifications

• Participating in project meetings and delivering presentations to clients
