About the Job
As an Assistant Manager at People Partners, you will play a crucial role in implementing Caseware audit solutions and delivering client training. Your expertise will guide clients through project lifecycles, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct client discovery meetings to assess requirements.
  • Configure and implement Caseware Working Papers and Audit solutions.
  • Deliver end-user training (virtual and in-person).
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including video/audio content.
  • Support pre-sales activities and technical demonstrations.
  • Design and customize audit templates for regional requirements.
  • Support and mentor new Professional Services Consultants.
  • Travel across Arab countries as needed.
  • Stay updated on accounting trends and software developments.
  • Provide internal training on product updates.

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in external audit using Caseware products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification or part-qualification).
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Project management experience.
