ANTEAQUE is looking to hire:

Junior Assistant Manager (Saudi National)

To support the Restaurant Manager with all daily tasks and contribute to the smooth launch and operation of the restaurant in Riyadh.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in coordinating the daily setup and operational tasks.

- Support team organization and help ensure work is progressing smoothly.

- Help with administrative work such as schedules, orders, and general task organization.

- Supervise quality and cleanliness when needed.

- Report daily updates and observations to management.

- Interact with customers if required to ensure satisfaction.


Requirements:

- Saudi nationality is required.

- High school diploma minimum; a degree in business or hospitality is a plus.

- Entry-level position – no prior experience required; training will be provided.

- Willingness to learn and contribute in a team environment.

- Organized and cooperative personality.


Important Notes:

- Working hours during the setup phase are flexible and not fixed, and may vary based on project needs.

- A personal mode of transportation is required during the pre-opening phase to accommodate work demands and site visits.
