Our client is a renowned multinational management consultancy located in Saudi Arabia, and they are looking to hire a Senior Office Assistant for their Riyadh office. If you are proactive, organized, and capable of contributing significantly to office operations, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to office staff, managers, and senior leadership.
  • Manage calendar and schedule meetings, as well as handle correspondence.
  • Oversee office operations and ensure a well-organized environment.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
  • Assist in document preparation, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Handle communication via phone, emails, and manage redirection as needed.
  • Support onboarding for new employees, including office setup.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain filing systems and assist in event planning.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Profile Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with other business tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
