At شرفه المسكن للخدمات العقاريه, we are a leading real estate company striving to enhance living spaces in Saudi Arabia. As an Executive Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team by ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage the schedules of the director/president, reminding them of appointments and handling inquiries.
  • Prepare periodic memos related to organizational internal work and correspond with external entities.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and draft them appropriately.
  • Maintain documents and files for the director/president’s tasks.
  • Compile and document work reports, ensuring they are accurate and organized.
  • Handle travel bookings and prepare expense reports related to travel.
  • Ensure the administrative decisions are executed correctly.
  • Greet guests and prepare meeting rooms for conferences.

Preferred Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Must reside in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Male candidates aged 2035 years are preferred.
