Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the schedules of the director/president, reminding them of appointments and handling inquiries.
- Prepare periodic memos related to organizational internal work and correspond with external entities.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and draft them appropriately.
- Maintain documents and files for the director/president’s tasks.
- Compile and document work reports, ensuring they are accurate and organized.
- Handle travel bookings and prepare expense reports related to travel.
- Ensure the administrative decisions are executed correctly.
- Greet guests and prepare meeting rooms for conferences.
Preferred Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Must reside in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Male candidates aged 2035 years are preferred.
