About the Role: To support System project managers on developing and implementing new system and process improvements in the Sales Division.

Activities:
  • Assist project manager on identifying areas of improvement in the existing running processes and requests for enhancements.
  • Undertake gap analysis and a comprehensive ‘need based’ assessment for improvement of processes and solutions.
  • Assist project manager on developing system and process improvement proposals.
  • Assist on process mapping for development.
  • Coordinate and work closely with the internal BSD team in various stages of the development of solutions.
  • Update and be conversant with the systems and processes within the division.
  • Complete User Acceptance Test (UAT) as per the given timelines for in-house developed systems.
  • Distribute feedback template forms to users for their feedback and opinions.
  • Collect user feedback, analyze, and present feedback results in different types of reports, PowerPoint presentations, charts, and graphs.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the project manager and users on the progress of the projects.
  • Review prepared training materials to ensure that they are as per the system objectives.
  • Identify functionalities to be tested for User Acceptance Test.
  • Coordinate with third-party consultants and the Application team on required changes identified in the User Acceptance Test.
  • Conduct meetings with the application team to brief and explain the new required changes.
  • Test new developed system by third parties and complete as per the given timeline.
  • Ensure all users and managers are trained and aware of the new systems before the rollout.
  • Support implementation process and answer their queries.
  • Agreement of business rules for proposed processes.
  • Provide leadership in arriving at agreements to business rules.
  • Maintain an issue log.

Requirement: Bachelor's degree, 5 years’ experience in business improvement or as a Sales Manager, SARAS, ASRM, HHT operations experience, SAP experience.
