Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to office staff, managers, and senior leadership.
- Manage calendar and schedule meetings, as well as handle correspondence.
- Oversee office operations and ensure a well-organized environment.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Assist in document preparation, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle communication via phone, emails, and manage redirection as needed.
- Support onboarding for new employees, including office setup.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain filing systems and assist in event planning.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Profile Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with other business tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
