Join the Azadea Group as an Assistant Restaurant Manager
As a crucial part of our Food and Beverage department, you will supervise the food preparation and presentation process, ensuring high quality items that conform to our set standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards.
  • Perform tasks during rush hour, including greeting, taking food orders, and serving guests while coordinating with kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene policies and health regulations at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor F&B costs, review budgets with the manager, and meet operational targets.
  • Oversee restaurant operations including opening/closing procedures and liaising with the purchasing department.
  • Manage and monitor performance of stewards and handle tips distribution.
  • Control inventory and adjust procedures and prices as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management.
  • 35 years of experience in F&B operations, with 12 years in a managerial role.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office.
