Associate Director Nationals

About the Role

FP is seeking an Associate Director Nationals to lead client engagements and develop strategic client relationships in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing a portfolio of client engagements, managing consulting teams, and ensuring transformation programs deliver sustainable business outcomes. The Associate Director will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while supporting business development and practice-building activities. This position requires over 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for multiple project workstreams and client engagements.
• Guide teams in resolving complex operational, organizational, and digital transformation challenges.
• Oversee the successful delivery of client engagements, ensuring project objectives, milestones, budgets, and commercial targets are met.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite representatives.
• Lead executive workshops, steering committees, and senior stakeholder discussions.
• Identify client needs and develop opportunities for follow-on work and account growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop Managers and consulting teams across multiple engagements.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to support professional growth.
• Support recruitment, succession planning, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives.
