Job Title: Barista

Location: Riyadh

Job Purpose:

To provide high-quality coffee and hot and cold beverages, interact politely with customers, and complete sales and payment transactions accurately and professionally.

• Tasks and Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee drinks and other beverages according to the café's recipes.

Ensure the quality of ingredients and cleanliness of preparation equipment.

Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide recommendations about the beverage menu.

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and complete payment transactions (cash or electronically).

Issue invoices and receipts and ensure the accuracy of orders.

Maintain cleanliness in the work area and cashier section according to food safety standards.

Monitor daily inventory levels and inform management of shortages.

Participate in organizing and cleaning the café at the start and end of the shift.

• Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally.

Requirements:

High school diploma at minimum.

Intermediate English language skills.

Previous experience in coffee preparation or working in a café (preferred).

Good communication skills and a tidy appearance.

Ability to use cashier devices and point-of-sale software.

Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.

Commitment to cleanliness and speed in performance.

Integrity and accuracy in handling money.
