Job Title: Call Center Employee - Beauty Center

Job Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer calls and inquiries
• Scheduling appointments and organizing the daily agenda
• Following up with clients after sessions
• Coordinating between departments within the clinic
• Accurately recording customer data in the system

Requirements:
• Previous experience in the call center (preferably in the medical or cosmetic field)
• High eloquence in conversation
• Proficient in handling booking systems
• Quick responsiveness and time organization
• Ability to work under pressure

• Customer Support: Manage incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints efficiently, maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately record and document interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, policies, and procedures to deliver relevant support.
• Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and escalate issues as needed.
• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance goals related to calls handled, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution rates.

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred; knowledge of English is an advantage.
