Call Center Agent

The main tasks of the call center for employees are to respond to customers' questions and inquiries and to try to solve their problems. Communicating with customers and understanding their awareness of the company's services and products. The role of the call center also includes providing reports on customer satisfaction levels regarding the company's services and products. Direct or telephone interviews are conducted with customers.
