Required Customer Service Representative to work in a call center with experience in dealing with customers


Main Responsibilities:

  • Contacting target customers and presenting offers.
  • Achieving the required performance indicators in terms of the number of calls and customer satisfaction level.
  • Working to attract and target a new customer base through social media and via phone.
  • Participating in the development of work procedures and improving service quality.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of information and quality of service.
  • Continuously achieving the monthly target.
