Join Our Team as a Call Center Specialist!
At Saudi International Travel Company, we are committed to providing exceptional travel and tourism services. As a Call Center Specialist, you will play a vital role in our operations by assisting customers with their travel needs and offering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research various destinations and travel options, including routes, prices, reviews, and visa information.
  • Organize end-to-end travel itineraries, including air tickets, hotel bookings, visa processes, and car rentals.
  • Utilize interpersonal communication and sales techniques to converse with customers regarding their travel requirements.
  • Plan and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel packages offered by various travel suppliers.
  • Assess clients’ needs and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
  • Handle all aspects of travel arrangements from start to finish.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an airline or an IATA-approved travel agency.
  • Excellent command of computer skills (MS Office & web-based applications).
  • Experience with GDS (preferably Amadeus) and B2B supplier systems.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • IATA/UFTAA certification is preferred.

Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Days: Morning & Evening Shifts
