At Saudi International Travel Company, we are committed to providing exceptional travel and tourism services. As a Call Center Specialist, you will play a vital role in our operations by assisting customers with their travel needs and offering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research various destinations and travel options, including routes, prices, reviews, and visa information.
- Organize end-to-end travel itineraries, including air tickets, hotel bookings, visa processes, and car rentals.
- Utilize interpersonal communication and sales techniques to converse with customers regarding their travel requirements.
- Plan and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel packages offered by various travel suppliers.
- Assess clients’ needs and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
- Handle all aspects of travel arrangements from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an airline or an IATA-approved travel agency.
- Excellent command of computer skills (MS Office & web-based applications).
- Experience with GDS (preferably Amadeus) and B2B supplier systems.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- IATA/UFTAA certification is preferred.
