Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm attendance and ensure all couriers commence their trips physically and through the applications used.
  • Take immediate and decisive actions to eliminate any potential or current reasons for failures or drops in service.
  • Assist the back office and management team with necessary data and address any delays in data entry.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory role.
