Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner and assist them with their orders.
Accurately process customer orders, including taking orders, entering them into the POS system, and ensuring that the correct items are prepared and served.
Handle cash, credit card, and other types of payments, and provide accurate change as required.
Maintain accurate cash and credit card transactions records and ensure that the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
Answer customer questions and resolve any issues or complaints in a polite and professional manner.
Assist with restocking inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage.
Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds.
Food handlers permit or willingness to obtain one.
