In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting functions that are essential for maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Document financial transactions by accurately entering account information.
  • Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information and preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
  • Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending relevant policies and procedures.
  • Guide and support accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and addressing queries.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Secure financial information through database backups and adherence to internal controls.
  • Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting necessary disbursements.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Strong accounting, corporate finance, and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with SFAS rules and financial confidentiality.
  • Effective reporting and research result capabilities.
  • General math skills and data entry management experience.
