Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Accounting Specialist - Saudi National to join our team! In this role, you will get to complete a broad range of difficult assignments requiring specialized accounting training and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit accounts and other financial information for completeness, accuracy, and legitimacy of charges, and ensure compliance with accounting procedures.
• Generate and analyze periodic financial reports, making recommendations regarding the status of reserves and assets.
• Close the general ledger for each period, prepare financial statements, and complete a detailed analysis of account balances.
• Prepare selected tax returns, financial reports, or other reports for government agencies, clients, or senior management.
• Develop and recommend improvements to accounting methods and procedures for your area of responsibility.
• Provide guidance to lower-level Accountants and Accounting support personnel.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as required.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business (or equivalent) and typically 3+ years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in standard accounting techniques and principles.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in PC software packages typically associated with accounting.
