IFS is a leading enterprise software company driven by AI technology with a commitment to diversity, innovation, and sustainability. As a Corporate Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations and help ensure compliance with financial standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recording Financial Transactions: Accurately manage and record all financial activities in the General Ledger for IFS Regional Headquarters and Acquisition entities.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Maintain compliance with IFRS and local regulations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Conducting Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial records.
  • Managing Accounts Receivable: Oversee invoicing processes, collections, and communication with clients to ensure timely payments.
  • Maintaining Financial Records: Organize and maintain financial records for audits and compliance.
  • Supporting Audits: Assist in both internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Implementing Controls: Monitor internal financial controls to mitigate errors and fraud.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in accounting practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce required.
  • Professional qualifications (CA, CMA, ACCA) preferred.
  • 35 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian financial regulations and VAT laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
